New Yankee Workshop Episode 1807

In this episode, demonstrating routers (part two of a two part project), Norm used the following tools:

The 7539 big brute plunger wasn't actually used—Norm simply demonstrated a jig with it attached.

I was surprised to see the P-C 696 router table, which we haven't seen for more than ten years. I was also surprised to see the P-C 7529 installed in it. The 7529's first appearance was long after the 696 had been retired, and he had previously mostly used a P-C 690 in it.

I don't think we've seen that inlay template in a long time.

There were also a couple of other miscellaneous items laying around (like the AngleWright A-20 height gauge) that weren't actually used.

The safety speech included video of an operation on the router table (wide board).

No field trip.

Project filmed (in conjunction with episode 1806) 21, 22, and 23 June 2005.
