This is an accessory to Elu's biscuit joiner which provides a 45° angle for cutting biscuit slots for miters. This is the underside of it, and the two bolts slip through holes in the fence of the biscuit joiner.
This is a miracle catch. I just discovered this in Episode 213 as I was doing my 2007 run-through of the episodes, and upon checking ebay, happened to catch an auction with this pictured. A one-in-a-million shot.
