Delta's Unifence is one of the fences available on the Unisaw as an OEM fence, and it is also available after market. The fence extrusion slides forward and back on the body to allow it to be used for cutoffs with no further attachments. In fact, Delta sells a short extrusion to replace the long one so one can do their cutoffs without having all the extra length of the main extrusion sticking out in front of the saw.

Norm used it for a little over six years, probably starting when the new Unisaw arrived, and he then went back to the Biesemeyer, which Delta also manufactures and offers as an OEM fence on their saws. It's cryptically noted on the NYW webpage that it's easier to attach jigs to.
