Also called a 4-in-hand rasp. I am surprised at how often Norm uses this just to clean up some inaccessible areas or to round off a tenon.
I'm not sure I'll bother going back through to find each appearance.
By the way, it's called a shoe rasp because it's a farrier's tool ...horseshoeing.
