Putty Knife

This tool hasn't been used very much, isn't a woodworking tool, per se and is really on the list solely because it was featured and I want to appear thorough. Used primarily for applying glazing putty to a window, the blade is quite stiff, and therefore, can sometimes be used (incorrectly) to pry (or prise, as they say in the UK) things apart. The thin blade allows it to get into places where a chisel or pry bar might not be applicable.

I don't know that Norm's was actually a Red Devil—Stanley also makes a very similar looking one, as do several off shore suppliers.
