Black & Decker 7450 Belt Sander

In the early years of working on my Norm's Tools page this tool was one of the last ones I was able to identify. I kept searching for clues until I finally happened on to not one, not two, but three separate auctions on e-bay of this or similar sander. Then, coincidentally, the very next day, a reader sent me some info about it. It's a Black & Decker, probably model 7450, although I'm told there were several similar models.
