For several seasons Norm alternated between this lathe and the bigger DL40. Now that he has the new 46-745 (first seen in episode 1411) and the DL40 is gone (as attested in Episode 1706, Lathe 101), it will be interesting to see if this one is also retired.
Update: although not used in Seasons 15, 16, or 18, it did make an appearance in the aforementioned Lathe 101 in the 2005 season, and Episode 1907, Painted Cupboard in the 2007 season.
